DAY 1:

Reception at the airport to transfer to the Fontan Hotel, where you will have a pleasant stay for two
nights in a double room with breakfast.
Once comfortable, we will pick you up at the hotel lobby to take you on a city tour of the historic
center of Mexico City where you will be able to see the enormous Zocalo square, various museums,
the main temple, and the Cathedral of the México City on a private tour.
The dinner is at Villa María Restaurant where you can taste the next menu.

Today after breakfast, they will pick you up at the hotel lobby to take you to a fantastic place called
Xochimilco where you can take a ride on a famous “Trajinera”, while tasting various snacks (not included)
After finishing this tour, they will take you to Coyoacan, a neighborhood known in Mexico City for its artists,
organ grinders, sellers of “esquites”, which is the delicious corn, its colonial buildings, cobblestone streets
and the very important Frida Kahlo museum.
DAY 3:

ITINERARY – VAL ‘QUIRICO + TLAXCALA & BASILICA OF OCOTLÁN
We will visit the city of Tlaxcala to immerse ourselves in its history and admire cultural sites such as the
Government Palace—where you will learn about Tlaxcala’s history through its murals—the Cathedral
of the Virgin of the Assumption, the Art Museum, the Basilica of Ocotlán, and the Heroes’ Steps.
Afterwards, we will continue to the town of Val ‘Quirico, located in Tlaxcala, which is designed
in the style of medieval Italian Tuscany. Here you can stroll through its narrow alleys with gardens
and stone tunnels that lead directly to small plazas, where you can enjoy a wide variety of international
culinary offerings and capture amazing photos of its stone facades and adobe, wood, and brick
constructions.

ITINERARY – CHOLULA & PUEBLA + TONANTZINTLA
We will begin our tour in the state of Puebla by observing the volcanoes Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl
along the way. The tour then proceeds to the town of Cholula, where you will admire the largest pyramid
in the world by base (admission not included) and the Church of Los Remedios located at its summit.
Next, we continue to Tonantzintla, visiting its church—marvelously decorated with examples
of indigenous interpretations of the Bible. Finally, we travel to the state capital, where its colonial
architecture is predominantly decorated with Talavera tiles. You will visit the beautiful Cathedral, the
Main Plaza, the Chapel of the Rosary, and the Temple of Santo Domingo.

QUERÉTARO AND SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE
We will begin our tour in Querétaro, making a stop to visit the Temple of the Cross as well as the
aqueduct an impressive colonial-era architectural work that once supplied the city with drinking
water. We then continue to San Miguel de Allende, where you will visit the Parish of San Miguel
Arcángel in a Neo-Gothic style. While strolling through this town, you will encounter the very first
gas pump that once operated here, the Casa de los Soles, a traditional bakery, and an old-fashioned
apothecary that still preserves the ancient method of preparing medicinal formulas.

We will set out for Cuernavaca, the “City of Eternal Spring.” There, you will visit the Historic Center
with its beautiful Cathedral, the oldest in Mexico. Next, we will proceed to the Magical Town of Taxco a
small colonial town nestled at the foot of the Sierra Madre del Sur, renowned for its unique architectural
style characterized by cobblestone streets, white stucco houses with red-tiled roofs, and iron balconies
overflowing with beautiful hanging flowers. Taxco is also known as the silver capital of México, so you will
find a wide variety of silver items to purchase. The tour includes a visit to the Cathedral of Santa Prisca
and allows you to soak in the atmosphere of a typical Mexican town.
